Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in shipping, invoicing, and e-commerce
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting)
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
- Experience with ERP or invoicing systems
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
Main Responsibilities:
-Manage daily order processing, including coordination of shipping, delivery tracking, and returns
-Create and issue accurate invoices in line with company policies and customer agreements
-Oversee and update e-commerce platforms (product listings, inventory, order status, etc.)
-Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries
-Track and analyze sales, shipping, and invoice data using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, dashboards)
-Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
-Communicate effectively in English with suppliers, partners, and international customers
-Assist in process improvements related to shipping, invoicing, and e-commerce operations
-Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and proper documentation where applicable
