Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day business operations, including site activities, procurement, planning, and contract management, to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage a multidisciplinary team including Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural and Civil engineers across both estimation and site execution departments
• Manage site construction activities and their sequencing, enabling effective planning to meet scheduled delivery deadlines.
• Handle construction planning for long-lead items, ensuring timely material delivery to avoid delays on the project's critical path
• Ensure compliance with all relevant construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to meet project goals
• Review and interpret construction contracts and FIDIC guidelines, identifying critical clauses and risks
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and documentation.
• Manage subcontractors works to ensure execution complies with drawings and specifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (B. Eng) or Architecture (B.Arch.)
• Master’s degree (MSc, MBA, or M.Eng) is a plus
• Graduates from AUB or USJ are preferred
• PMI certification is an asset
Skills:
• Over 20 years of experience in construction projects, covering all phases from engineering and implementation to testing and commissioning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Primavera, and Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of Civil 3D and Revit is a plus
• Contracts Management

• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and construction law
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
