Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support located in Khirbet Qanafar. The IT Support role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, ensuring smooth operation of information technology systems, and offering help desk support. The position requires maintaining and resolving issues related to the company's IT infrastructure.



Working Conditions

Schedule: Monday to Friday : 9 hours per day including half hour break, Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm

Flexible to work during public holidays and weekends.



Qualifications



Education:

· Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another relevant field

Experience:

· ERP system experience

· Microsoft 365 experience

· 1-2 years in similar position



Skills

· A technical, logical thought process

· Problem-solving skills

· An ability to stick to strict deadlines

· An ability to prioritize and delegate

· A keen eye for detail

· ERP System experience

· Microsoft 365 experience

· Teamwork

· Knowledge of ISO 22000





Responsibilities and Obligations

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Possibly training more junior staff members
Help IT manager in certain tasks
Respond in a friendly way to all department who are in need of IT services
Respect Confidentiality of info in each device and department
