We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic healthcare education team. The ideal candidate will support the creation, review, and delivery of high-quality medical content, including journals, newsletters, webinars, CME programs, and other educational materials targeted at healthcare professionals. This role provides the opportunity to ensure smooth production workflows and collaborate with editorial, scientific, and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Sales Team in updating target groups and performing related administrative tasks.
2. Secure and schedule meetings on behalf of the Sales Team.
3. Promote CCM products through circulars and internal communications.
4. Coordinate the production of medical education materials, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
5. Collaborate with medical writers, editors, designers, and external vendors to manage production timelines effectively.
6. Review event materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
7. Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
8. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize production workflows and operational efficiency.
9. Arrange travel logistics, including ticket booking, accommodation reservations, and visa issuance.
10. Collect client feedback on delivered projects to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, project management, or medical publishing.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in healthcare education, medical publishing, or client service and project management.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
