Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Purpose:

The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing creative and functional design concepts for residential and commercial projects. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations while ensuring designs align with the company’s vision, client requirements, and project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop interior design concepts and space planning for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Prepare detailed AutoCAD 2D drawings including layouts, elevations, and sections.

Create 3D visualizations and renderings (using 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar software is a plus).

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories according to project specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure design feasibility.

Meet with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals.

Ensure all design work complies with company standards, quality, and deadlines.

Assist in preparing mood boards, presentations, and technical documentation.

Visit sites to monitor progress and ensure design intent is properly executed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design or a similar role.

Proficient in AutoCAD (2D mandatory, 3D is a strong advantage).

Knowledge of design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or Revit is a plus.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Good communication and presentation skills
