After Sale Customer care Operator

We are looking for a customer care operator for our company located in Beirut with following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Support

Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages regarding product inquiries, installation, and technical support.

Log all customer complaints and requests accurately into the CRM/system.

Follow up on open cases until resolution, ensuring timely feedback to customers.

Provide troubleshooting guidance for basic technical issues related to appliances or electronics.

2. Coordination with Service & Sales Teams

Coordinate with technicians and service centers for repairs, replacements, and on-site visits.

Communicate with the sales team regarding warranty claims, spare parts, and product information.

Track and update the status of ongoing service requests or maintenance cases.

3. Quality & Reporting

Ensure all customer interactions are documented according to company procedures.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on call volumes, complaints, and resolution rates.

Share recurring issues or product feedback with management to improve service quality.

4. Customer Satisfaction

Maintain a professional, empathetic tone in all customer interactions.

Ensure first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Follow up on completed service jobs to confirm customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in customer care
