The Real Estate Sales Officer is responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling the company’s properties while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The role involves managing property listings, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting marketing and administrative tasks, including social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Relations
Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties.
Handle client inquiries and follow up to convert leads into successful deals.
Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions between buyers, sellers, or landlords.
Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and property listings.
2. Marketing & Social Media Management
Create and manage online property listings on various platforms.
Post regular content on social media channels to promote available properties and company services.
Coordinate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and digital campaigns.
Track and analyze engagement metrics to improve marketing performance.
3. Administrative Support
Prepare sales reports, contracts, and related documents.
Support in drafting lease agreements or sales proposals when required.
Maintain organized records of property files, payments, and client communications.
Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and coordination tasks.
4. Market Research & Networking
Conduct market research to stay updated on property prices, trends, and competitor activity.
Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents.
Represent the company professionally at client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid driving license + Car
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in [Arabic and/or English]
