Head of HR

Position Summary:

STMC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead all HR operations and drive the hospital’s human capital strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payroll management, CNSS regulations, and labor law compliance, along with proven experience in organizational development and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Supervise and validate monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salaries, benefits, and deductions.

Handle all CNSS declarations, adjustments, and compliance with Lebanese labor laws.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in line with hospital standards.

Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.

Provide HR reporting and analysis to senior management.

Support department heads in manpower planning, job evaluations, and staff training initiatives.

Foster a positive and professional work environment aligned with STMC’s mission and values.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.

Strong knowledge of Lebanese Labor Law and CNSS procedures.

Proven experience managing payroll systems and employee compensation.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.

Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
