DUTIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies, aligned with company objectives and labor law.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluation, and development planning.
- Prepare and monitor the annual HR department budget, and work with Finance/Accounting to align HR financials with company planning cycles.
- Design and administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems to ensure fairness and compliance.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and support managers in setting KPIs.
- Identify training needs, prepare and implement the annual training plan, and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and advise management on HR best practices, organizational development, and change management.
- Ensure the implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
- Promote a positive work culture and manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor the issuing of work permits & residence permits for expats and the registration of employees in NSSF.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (master is a plus).
- Language: Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: 7-8 years of experience in HR department in manufacture industry. +3 years in managerial role.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
