DUTIES:
- Support mold manufacturing by providing expertise in machining, EDM, fitting, polishing, and assembly.
- Conduct and oversee mold trials, analyzing results and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal mold performance.
- Troubleshoot production and tooling problems, suggesting corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper documentation, mold checklists, and technical records are maintained accurately.
- Collaborate with Planning, CAM, QC, and Maintenance teams to resolve mold-related issues and align technical requirements.
- Perform detailed inspections and verifications of mold components using GD&T standards.
- Provide feedback on mold design improvements and recommend modifications for better durability, ease of maintenance, or performance.
- Report technical issues to Factory Manager and QC.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree: Vocational or technical or related field (LT degree).
- Language: Good command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: +20 years of experience in mold manufacture industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, machinery, and mold assembly, with in-depth knowledge of CAD/CAM tools
