DUTIES:
- Perform advanced polishing on cores, cavities, and inserts to achieve precise finishes.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and correct surface imperfections, scratches, or defects.
- Handle the stock tooling and organize the process with stockkeeper.
- Guide and mentor Polishing Technicians and Junior Technicians in techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with assembly and machining teams under the supervision of Factory Manager to ensure molds meet production and quality standards.
- Document polishing operations, surface quality checks, and improvements.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and surface quality.
- Work closely with assembly and machining teams to ensure mold readiness.
- Create and maintain an archive for each manufactured mold part, documenting all production details and records for future reference.


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree: Vocational or technical degree in mechanics or related field. (BT degree)
- Language: Good command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: +10 years of experience in polishing.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in polishing techniques, abrasives, and surface finish standards
