DUTIES
- Validate and approve 2D and 3D mold designs, update mold checklists.
- Monitor daily production, troubleshoot issues during machining and mold trials, optimize cutting data to improve efficiency and tool life, and minimize downtime.
- Supervise adherence to schedules, routing sheets, and SOPs, ensuring milestones are signed off and production data is accurately recorded.
- Provide technical support to operators, deliver feedback on daily reports, and ensure alignment between production and planning.
- Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, CAM, Design, Zaylo, and QC teams to address workflow priorities, equipment breakdowns, process modifications, and technical faults, ensuring documentation and archiving are properly maintained.
- Participate in design, project management, and closing meetings, contributing to problem-solving, process improvement, and lessons learned.
- Stay updated on manufacturing technologies, collaborate with QC to prevent defects and reduce lead time
- Conduct regular meetings with Planning, CAM & Milling, Manufacturing Engineer, and MD to review production status, utilization, runtime, technical issues, training, and incentives.
- Develop and execute yearly training and incentive plans in coordination with Planning & HR.
- Ensuring training program has a defined schedule, mentor, location, and evaluation process to enhance workforce skills, productivity, and efficiency in coordination with HR.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree: Industrial or mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Language: Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: +10 years of experience in manufacture industry. +5 years of experience in managerial role
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, machinery, and mold assembly, with in-depth knowledge of GD&T, CMM operations, and CAD/CAM tools
