Job Overview:
Seeking a dedicated Anesthesia Assistant to assist in the administration of anesthesia, provide post-operative care, and respond to emergency situations. The role involves supporting anesthesiologists in a variety of clinical tasks, including preparing and maintaining anesthesia equipment, performing minor repairs, managing inventory, and ensuring safety by adhering to sterilization protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in the preparation and administration of anesthesia.
•Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
•Set up and maintain anesthesia machines and equipment.
•Perform minor repairs and routine checks on equipment.
•Follow sterilization and infection control protocols.
•Keep accurate records of procedures and equipment use.
•Manage inventory and restock anesthesia supplies.
•Respond quickly to emergencies during procedures.
•Work closely with surgical and nursing staff to support patient care.

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
•Technical Diploma (TS) or Baccalaureate Technique (BT) in Anesthesia or Nursing.
•Registration with the Ministry of Public Health.
•Previous experience in anesthesia assistance or operating room support is a plus.

Skills:
•Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment and patient monitoring systems.
•Good understanding of sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.
•Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure or emergency situations.
•Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•Ability to follow instructions and protocols precisely.
•Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
•Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts, as needed.
