DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret 2D drawings and follow SOPs.
- Retrieve, inspect, and verify mold components against BOM.
- Receive mold accessories from stock keeper and material after finishing manufacturing.
- Clean, pre-fit, and adjust components to ensure precision and alignment.
- Assemble complex core/cavity blocks, ejection systems, guides, hydraulic and cooling systems using proper techniques, torque values, and precision tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fitting, alignment, or functional issues in coordination with Factory Manager.
- Conduct trial assemblies and validate mold functionality before release.
- Provide the technical guidance for technicians and junior technicians in assembly team.
- Document completed assembly steps and maintain traceability.
- Suggest improvements to assembly processes or mold performance.

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and handle tools safely.
- Ensure that mold spare parts are ready for packing list.
- Prepare a written report summarizing project issues and challenges as part of the project closure documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree: Vocational or technical degree in mechanics or related field. (TS degree)
- Language: basic command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: +15 years of experience in mold assembly.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, machinery, and mold assembly
