DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in initial project kick-off meetings with the sales and design teams.
- Follow up with sales and the client to gather all necessary project data.
- Create and maintain project files on the server with all required data.
- Oversee the project's status continuously, coordinating with the design office to ensure availability of data and resources.
- Track and manage the project timeline, ensuring it remains aligned with the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Continuously coordinate with the head of planning to track expenses and progress, ensuring the project stays on track financially and within schedule.
- Manage communications with the purchasing department to track the arrival of mold components and raw materials.
- Conduct and manage a daily project management meeting with the design, planning and production departments along with the MD to monitor progress and address potential delays and the project budget situation.
- Coordinate mold shipment arrangements with the export department.
- Attend and contribute to management recap meetings with accounting, export and the MD to update on project status and readiness.
- Attend and contribute to Closing meetings to review project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Ensure accurate and timely project management reports.
- Prepare comprehensive updates for the managing director regarding the status of ongoing and completed molds.
- Maintain consistent communication with the client for approvals and feedback.
- Create the mold book using the data from each department.
- After confirmation on mold, check with the quality control and export the spare part list and actual packing list to close the project physically.
- After the confirmation on COPAR quotation open project on ERP.
- Document maintenance activities, generating comprehensive reports that outline performed and pending maintenance tasks.
- Manage Mold Checklist with coordination with the design, quality control and plastic departments.
- Manage mold sampling and client confirmation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Degree.
- Language: Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: +10 years of experience in manufacture industry. +5 years of experience in mangerial role
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft suite and Power BI. Proficient in report writing and analysis. Familiarity in Solid Works and 3D modelling software is a plus
