Cost Controller & Analyst (F&B) – Advanced SQL & Power BI

We are looking for a Cost Controller & Analyst to join our F&B team. You will be responsible for controlling costs, analyzing operational data, and delivering business insights through advanced SQL and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control costs for F&B operations
• Analyze menu performance and profitability
• Use advanced SQL to extract and analyze financial and operational data
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
• Support management with actionable reports and recommendations

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in F&B cost control or business analysis
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for data analytics
• Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certified in Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree with a major in MIS or a closely related field
