Sales Engineer – Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC)

Are you passionate about HVAC systems and have the drive to build strong client relationships?
We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) department — someone with both technical expertise and sales to help grow our market presence and deliver the best cooling solutions to clients.
What You’ll Do

Develop new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, and key clients.

Promote and sell CAC products and solutions to commercial and industrial customers.

Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

Prepare detailed proposals, tenders, and quotations.

Work closely with design and engineering teams to meet project specifications.

Follow up from inquiry to project handover — ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

2–5 years of experience in HVAC/CAC sales.

Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, design, and components.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (HVAC design software is a plus).

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
