Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from purchase order to delivery.

Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders.

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients or warehouses.

Manage stock movement, storage, and inventory records.

Prepare shipment costing reports including freight, insurance, customs, and other logistics charges.

Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics transactions.

Support procurement and sales teams by providing logistics cost analysis and delivery updates.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.

Report regularly to management on delivery status, cost optimization, and potential delays.
