A well-established company in Rmayle is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join its growing team. This role focuses on business development, client acquisition, and driving sales growth in assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through client visits, calls, emails, and market research.
Target and approach potential clients within assigned markets and sectors.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure follow-up through to deal closure.
Sales Execution
Present and promote the company’s products and solutions to clients.
Prepare and submit commercial offers in coordination with the Head of Sales.
Achieve defined sales targets and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs, providing actionable insights.
Prepare and submit weekly activity reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the generator, electrical, or industrial products sector.
Proven track record in business development and consistently achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Valid driver’s license.
Employment Details
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: USD 1,000–1,200 + commission + transportation allowance
