Sales Supervisor (FMCG/F&B) Location: Hamra, Beirut (Office & Field) Company: Leading FMCG/F&B Distributor (35+ years)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead, train, and motivate our Outdoor and HORECA sales team.

Responsibilities:

Set sales targets and KPIs for the team.

Monitor daily activities and provide coaching.

Accompany reps on field visits to support and assist in negotiations.

Develop sales strategies to expand the customer base.

Analyze sales data and manage sales territories.

Requirements:

5+ years of sales, with 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.

Proven experience in the Lebanese FMCG or F&B distribution sector.

Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.

Must hold a valid driver's license (car preferred).

Fluent in Arabic and English.
