Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, passionate about marketing and client relations, and ready to grow within a fast-paced creative environment.
As an Accounts Executive, you will act as the bridge between clients and the agency’s creative, digital, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Support in preparing client proposals, briefs, and presentations.
- Coordinate internally with creative, social media, and digital teams to ensure project alignment.
- Follow up on ongoing demands, reports, and deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support account strategies.
- Assist in drafting social media plans, content calendars, and performance summaries.
- Ensure client satisfaction through prompt responses and proactive follow-ups.
- Handle administrative tasks related to accounts management and documentation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or Communication.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Workspace.
