Job Summary:
Assets & Maintenance Manager is responsible for the support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing all facilities. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance leading to increased uptime and reliability
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Develop and implement an asset management strategy, including asset tracking, maintenance schedules, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Plan and oversee the replacement, upgrade, or disposal of assets as needed.
• Responsible for improving the availability, safety, reliability, maintainability and longevity of physical assets (i.e., Systems, facilities, equipment and processes)
• Supervise asset economics and application of whole lifecycle costing principles
• Inspect assets regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
• Prepare weekly assets maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance department budget, including costs for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising safety or operational efficiency.
• Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
• Conduct preventative maintenance work.
• Ability to work on own initiative, and provide effective trouble shooting.
• Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
• Check the Stock Inventory for gas and diesel and play the role of a stock controller
• Perform End of the Day Check up on the Gas Tanks Level
• Keep appearance neat and clean as per the company image
• Prepare Summary Reports to the head of division
• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, including technicians and support staff.
• Assign work orders and monitor team performance to ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance for professional development.
• Any other assignment asked from the Management related to the same field
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in asset management and facility/maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, asset tracking tools, and preventive maintenance planning.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (CMMS or equivalent).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations
