Sales Executive – Food Manufacturing / FMCG

Note: This opportunity is for dynamic sales professionals with hands-on experience in FMCG, food production, beverage, or related industries, specializing in direct sales, account management, and market development.
Candidates without experience selling to supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, or key retail accounts will not be considered.

About the Role
For a valued client of ours, a leading company in the food manufacturing and distribution sector, we are seeking a Sales Executive to drive product sales, build long-term customer relationships, and expand market presence across key channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving set revenue targets. This role requires a motivated self-starter with a passion for FMCG sales and strong field presence.

Responsibilities
•Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or channels.
•Ensure product visibility and optimal shelf presence across retail outlets and supermarkets.
•Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
•Support trade marketing activities and promotions in coordination with the marketing team.
•Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback on time.
•Manage order processing and ensure smooth coordination with logistics and accounting teams.
•Maintain strong collaboration with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
•Collect and follow up on client payments in coordination with the finance department.
•Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand reputation at all times.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
•3–5 years of proven sales experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industries.
•Strong knowledge of Lebanese retail and wholesale markets.
•Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
•Highly motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented
