We are a Lebanese company providing online and on-ground support to international students. Currently, we are expanding our office team in Lebanon and we are looking for a skilled and proactive Candidate to join as a Partnership Specialist.

The position is office-based and can be remote, and will provide an opportunity to work with international business partners and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential partnership opportunities within the education sector in the European Union;
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic partnership prospects;
- Initiate contact and engage in outreach efforts to establish relationships with potential partners, Universities and Agencies;
- Lead the execution of partnership initiatives, encompassing collaborative marketing campaigns, co-branded events, and student recruitment endeavors;
- Assess and evaluate partnership performance, monitoring key metrics and furnishing regular reports to stakeholders;
- Identify and address challenges or obstacles to partnership success and develop strategies to overcome them;
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partnership management or any other related field;
- Previous background working with Educational Institutions will be considered as a strong advantage;
- English Language;
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
