Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Summary:

Forearms Security is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in attracting qualified security personnel, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting in recruitment and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is social media-savvy, organized, and capable of handling confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage recruitment campaigns through social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract qualified security guards and staff.
  • Create engaging job posts, videos, and stories that reflect the company’s professionalism and attract potential candidates.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and maintain active communication throughout the recruitment process.

2. Client and Candidate Database Management

  • Build and maintain a structured database of potential clients and candidates.
  • Categorize and organize contacts by geographical location and service type.
  • Keep all data up to date and ensure it’s easily accessible for future hiring or marketing needs.

3. HR Administrative Support

  • Assist in the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, and termination processes.
  • Ensure all employee files, contracts, and related documents are complete, updated, and properly archived.
  • Support the HR department in preparing reports, correspondence, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with operations and payroll teams regarding staff status and updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support (experience in the security industry is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools and databases.
