Motor Claims Quality Inspector

Conduct regular visits to garages to inspect vehicles under repair.
- Verity that repair works meets quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor Garage turnaround times, parts usage, and compliance with approved repair estimates.
- Report quality issues or deviations and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Support the Claims team in approving or rejecting repair work based on quality assessments.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and share findings with the claims teams.
- Assist in onboarding and auditing new garages in network.
- Handle customer complaints related to repair quality

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards.
- Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
