Talent Placement & Employer Relations Specialist

Position Overview
Forward MENA is hiring a Talent Placement & Employer Relations Specialist to grow employer relationships, bring quality job/internship postings to our portal, shortlist candidates from our talent pool, and track outcomes through to hires. This is a KPI-carrying role: you will own employer and placement targets and proactively push to hit/exceed them through disciplined follow-up, clean data, and tight coordination with stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Employer Outreach & Onboarding
o Source, Prospect and qualify employers across priority sectors; run discovery calls and demos.
o Onboard companies to the portal and set a feedback routine.
• Job Intake & Posting
o Collect requirements, standardize JDs, and ensure accurate, timely postings.
• Sourcing & Shortlisting
o Filter CVs from cohorts and our database; run structured screens; deliver concise shortlists with rubric notes.
• Pipeline Tracking & Reporting
o Maintain a live funnel from application → interview → offer → hire; flag risks and unblock bottlenecks.
• Employer Success & Retention
o Provide post-placement follow-up; capture hiring feedback; drive repeat postings and MoUs.
• Data & Compliance
o Keep CRM/ATS/Excel records complete and updated; ensure candidate consent and PD compliance.
o Create Job Trends Report
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Partner with Programs/Career Services on talent readiness, mock interviews, and employer events.
• Own and Drive KPIs
o Set weekly/quarterly targets with the manager, monitor funnel metrics daily, and implement fast corrective actions.
o Lead a weekly KPI review with actions for any red metrics.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years in recruitment/talent acquisition, employer relations, or B2B account management (tech/digital focus is a plus).
• Demonstrated experience shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills.
• Proficiency with CRMs is a plus.
• Excellent follow-up discipline, organization, and attention to detail across many requisitions.
• Clear, professional communication in English and Arabic (written and verbal); French is a plus.
• Understanding of Lebanon/MENA tech & digital roles (SWE, Data/AI, Cloud, Product, Design, Growth/Marketing).
