We’re Hiring: Call Center Manager

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to oversee our customer service and dispatch operations.
The ideal candidate will manage a team of agents and ensure smooth daily operations, high service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and train call center agents.
Monitor performance and ensure service KPIs are met.
Develop processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in managing a call center or dispatch team.
Strong leadership and communication skills
