We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team and support our continued growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a sales Manager in replacement of current immigrating sales manager, to lead and expand our global sales operations. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of driving growth in chemical trading.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in global markets
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with industrial clients
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends
• Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and sales agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including logistics, finance, and compliance
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and international regulations
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the chemical or industrial raw materials sector
• Strong knowledge of global trade practices and industrial chemical markets
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-value client relationships and close complex deals
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a sales team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
