Key Responsibilities:

- Execute preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks on bottling lines, filling machines, conveyors, pumps, and utility systems(Compressor 7 Bar & 40 Bar, Boilers, Diesel Generators, Cooling Towers, Chillers)
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and minimize unplanned downtime (EUPS)
- Support installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment
- Monitor equipment condition and escalate recurring issues
- Maintain proper documentation and work orders via AMM (Asset Maintenance Management)
- Follow Nestlé’s Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) standards
- Participate in continuous improvement activities (FI, AM, PM pillars of TPM)
- Cooperate with production and electrical teams to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to spare parts identification and inventory needs

Required Qualifications:

- Technical diploma (BT, TS) or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance within FMCG or food/beverage industry
- Proficiency in mechanical systems: hydraulics, pneumatics, valves, gearboxes, etc.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals
- Familiarity with TPM principles, HACCP, and ISO standards
- Strong teamwork, safety mindset, and adaptability to shift work
- The ability to sleep in the factory
