Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment (motors, panels, sensors, drives, control systems)
- Troubleshoot breakdowns in bottling lines, packaging machines, and utility equipment(Compressor 7 Bar & 40 Bar, Boilers, Diesel Generators, Cooling Towers, Chillers)
- minimize unplanned downtime (EUPS)
- Maintain and calibrate instrumentation, PLCs, and automation systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
- Follow Nestlé’s SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and food safety requirements
- Support the installation and commissioning of new electrical and automation systems
- Update and maintain accurate maintenance records using AX
- Collaborate with mechanical, utilities, and production teams to minimize downtime

Required Qualifications:
- Technical diploma (BT, TS) or degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in FMCG or water/beverage sector
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, frequency inverters, and PLCs
- Familiarity with TPM, HACCP, and ISO standards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergencies
- The ability to sleep in the factory
