CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Implement the annual business unit activities calendar in coordination with integration vendors.
• Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of public events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the Group Copywriting and Communication Manager to ensure consistent communication across social media platforms and the company website
• Monitor event execution, collect evidence and documentation of participation for archiving purposes, and support the collection of marketing funds from vendors.
• Prepare and process all inbound and outbound invoices related to organized events.
• Follow up on the collection of marketing funds associated with marketing activities.
• Perform all administrative and logistical tasks related to the execution of marketing activities.
• Issues all the inbound and outbound invoices related to the events organized
• Follow up the collection of marketing funds related to the events organized.
• Execute all administrative tasks related to the execution of the marketing activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic
