Key Responsibilities
• Client Experience & Onboarding: Welcome new and existing members, provide facility
tours, and ensure every visitor feels valued and informed about our services.
• Sales & Membership Growth: Promote and sell memberships, class packages, and
wellness programs, upselling services to maximize client engagement and retention.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients by
understanding their goals, tracking satisfaction, and offering personalized solutions.
• Lead Generation & Follow-Ups: Reach out to inquiries, follow up on leads, and schedule
appointments through WhatsApp, phone, or social media channels.
• Social Media & Communication: Manage WhatsApp Business and assist in responding to Instagram messages; promote A+ Sculpt services through engaging communication and professional tone.
• Daily Operations: Handle front desk duties, schedule bookings, process payments, and
ensure smooth coordination with trainers and management.
• Client Retention: Maintain a consistent follow-up system to encourage renewals, referrals, and positive reviews.
• Brand Consistency: Represent A+ Sculpt’s tone and values in every interaction —
combining professionalism, warmth, and precision.
• Reporting: Track sales performance, member feedback, and daily operational updates for management review
