Main Purpose of Job:

Keep records and maintain cycle counts of the entire inventory in the Warehouse. Receive and verify the inventory with the purchase order listings as well as inter warehouses' transportation schedules.

Key Outputs:

-Ensure the loading of all sales trucks and maintain records of agreed measures.
-Daily reconciliation of sales by route and ensure compatibility of credit and cash sales with load and returns.
-Daily Cash deposit in Company Bank account.
-Ensure timely replenishment of products according to sales trends and to maintain safety stock.
-Maintain cleanliness, order in the workplace, and comply with all safety norms while conducting work functions.
-Maintain proper documentation processed for the receipt of the good and supplies. (Batch, label etc).
-Report loss, damage and any such discrepancies to the supervising authorities.
-Manage warehouse labor and equipment utilization.
-Ensure the premises are hygienic and sustainable.
-Create safety awareness and compliance among team members.
-Train, constant engagement and motivate the team.
-Assist Goal Alignment implementation and hold daily operational review.


Key Experiences:

- B.S degree preferably in Management
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience related to warehouse keeping or
Similar.
- Good knowledge in Transport Management, Logistics, FMCG,
Supply Chain.
- Good Understanding of storage safety norms and other
documentation processes.
-Good understanding of using a PC for feeding inventory records.
-Strong Communication Skills
-Good Time Management, meet targets & coordinate activities with team
