Job Purpose
Responsible for executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, machine setups, and line changeovers to ensure smooth operations of packaging and manufacturing equipment.



Responsible for monitoring and updating the spare parts inventory.



Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group Policies and Procedures.

Duties And Responsibilities
On Maintenance Operations



Execute machine setups, line changeovers, and equipment adjustments as per production schedule Perform corrective maintenance on mixers, fillers, reactors, and packaging lines to minimize downtime Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting, escalating unresolved issues to the Packaging & Manufacturing Supervisor when needed Conduct regular inspections of spare parts and tools and recommend required equipment or supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure continuous availability Support the Maintenance Consolidation Plan by sharing best practices and assisting other sites/teams when requested


On Preventive & Corrective Maintenance



Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as per the set schedule in coordination with Packaging & Manufacturing Supervisor Assist in predictive maintenance checks (vibrations, lubrication, calibration) Monitor and regulate equipment performance, reporting anomalies promptly Support and execute installations, relocations, and upgrades of equipment and site infrastructure On Compliance, Safety & Documentation Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and EHS guidelines during all maintenance and operational activities Maintain accurate SAP PM entries for operations, interventions and maintenance (notifications, work orders, meter readings, checklists, and parts consumption) Participate in safety inspections and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions


On Reporting



Provide updates on spare parts and equipment inventory to ensure timely replenishment and availability. Report to the Packaging & Manufacturing Supervisor all maintenance activities, including machines' status, recurring issues with valid recommendations and optimization opportunities

Education
BT or TS in Industrial Mechanics or Electronics

Experience
Up to 1 year of experience in related field
