The individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall functioning of the office, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
  2. Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
  3. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  4. Maintain and organize office files, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to the relevant parties.
  6. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
  7. Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  8. Support the administrative team in various tasks, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
