We are looking for an Architect

Duties
1- Conduct Feasibility studies and generate detailed costs and budgets
2- Prepare tender documents, including BOQs
3- Monitor Project expenditure and track variations
4- Prepare construction contracts ensuring compliance with contractual terms
5- Analyze and identify commercial risks

Candidate Profile:

- BA Architecture
- 5 to 7 Years Experience in Quantity Surveying
- Good analytical skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Proficiency in Measurement tools
- Living in the area of Broumana
