The Paramedical Sales Representative is a dynamic role responsible for promoting and selling paramedical medical devices to healthcare institutions, clinics, laboratories, and other relevant clients. This position involves building and maintaining relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the features and benefits of the offered product.


Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and target markets for paramedical devices.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan with the coordination of the head of department to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand client needs, challenges, and preferences to tailor solutions that meet their requirements
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the features, capabilities, and applications of the paramedical products.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the products to potential customers
• Organize and deliver product presentations, demonstrations
• Address client questions and concerns to build confidence in the device's effectiveness
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands
• Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and product positioning
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress
• Generate regular sales reports and updates for management
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and technical support, to ensure a cohesive sales approach
• Provide valuable feedback to product development teams based on customer insights
• Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and identify potential leads
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and orders
• Weekly reports to Sales Manager


Education Background
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
