Job Summary
A product Upload & QA at Sheyaaka is responsible for ensuring the merchant’s products are effectively presented on the platform (Upload & Quality Assurance). This involves understanding the merchant’s products, optimizing their listings, and providing ongoing support to enhance product visibility and sales.
Responsibilities:
☐ Guide merchants through the product listing and uploading process.
☐ Upload vendor images and verify all product details (prices, descriptions, variations, and availability) to ensure full accuracy with their Instagram pages and websites.
☐ Edit product images to maintain clean, professional visuals aligned with Sheyaaka’s standards.
☐ Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure products are correctly displayed, images are clear.
☐ Handle vendor inquiries promptly and introduce them to new platform features.
☐ Monitor vendor accounts and provide reports on missing items, incorrect details, or updates required.
☐ Follow up with merchants regularly to gather feedback and inquiries.
Qualifications
· Good in English especially in speaking and writing
· Computer literate
· Good knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
· Good communication skills
· Organized
· Self-motivated
