We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Branch Supervisor, with strong leadership, commercial, and administrative skills.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor staff performance, set goals, and provide guidance and support.
- Organize and manage staff schedules and ensure adherence.
- Coordinate and implement in-store promotions.
- Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Contribute to enhancing the customer experience in-store.
- Work towards increasing branch sales and meeting set targets.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail sales.
- Good knowledge of sales and inventory systems (POS).
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Leadership personality, flexible, and proactive.
