Medical Representative - Dahye & Hazmieh

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients within various healthcare organizations and practices.
- Make phone calls and follow up, if needed, before going to the market.
- Arrange appointments with current and prospective doctors & pharmacists and meet them to identify their needs and present new/relevant products.
- Make presentations to doctors and pharmacists.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationship with current and prospective clients in the assigned area geographically.

- Organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff;
- Attend planned congresses as part of the marketing activities, inside or outside the country.
- Manage the samples.
- Log client contacts, meetings/calls, and sales conversations in the appropriate database.
- Respond to sales replenishment calls from clients.
- Place sales orders.
- Merchandising activities in the points of sale where applicable.

Target setting and achievement
- Reach or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Ensure sales targets are met in terms of volume, product family and individual stock keeping unit.
- Reach or exceed the market visit per day

Market Feedback and reporting
- To be aware of the competition activities in the market.
- Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products by anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly to the plan provided by the Team Manager.
- Provide market feedback regarding customer needs, customer satisfaction, pricing, completion to management.
- Respond and participate with the Direct Manager in all activities.
- Attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings; Send weekly reports & planners to Direct Manager
