Sales Manager

Technotronix Store is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team, with a focus on mobile devices and regional market coverage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving performance, and ensuring target achievement across all territories.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead, manage, and motivate the outdoor sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
- Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Train and support sales representatives to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Report regularly to upper management on sales metrics and progress.

*Requirements:*

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
