Senior Buyer – Fashion

We are looking for an experienced Senior Buyer.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze sales, sell-through to guide buying decisions
• Manage budgets and OTB, ensuring healthy stock levels and strong ROI
• Prepare accurate pricing files, margin calculations and landed cost sheets
• Handle currency conversions, duties and pricing alignment for the local market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and suppliers
• Negotiate terms, deliveries and seasonal conditions
• Create detailed purchase orders and follow up on shipments
• Collaborate with retail operations, merchandising and management teams
• Prepare clear reports and analysis for management

Required Skills
• Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, OTB planning)
• Experience in luxury fashion buying (minimum 5–7 years)
• Excellent understanding of margins, pricing and mark-ups
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and budgets
