On behalf of our client in Senegal - Dakar, we are seeking to recruit an "Network & Systems Manager" who administers and operates the company’s IT resources: both hardware and software. Also, he/she ensures the commissioning of systems in coordination with the Information Systems Department.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develops, maintains, and enhances the company’s network architecture.
● Manages infrastructure administration (firewall, VPN, telephony, storage, email, antivirus, etc.).
● Implements and maintains authentication services, user accounts, and access rights.
● Installs and upgrades hardware and software components of IT systems.
● Ensures availability, integrity, and confidentiality of company data.
● Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT incidents and malfunctions.
● Prepares and updates operational and administrative documentation for networks and systems, while ensuring ongoing technology watch.
● Ensures data security, backup, and restoration of stored information.
● Provides user support on deployed IT tools.
● Assists teams in selecting and implementing technical solutions.
● Performs any other task required within the scope of the role.

Skills required:
● Strong knowledge of operating systems, communication protocols, administration tools, auditing, and system analysis.
● General knowledge of IT security procedures.

Qualifications:
● Master’s degree (Bac +5) or equivalent diploma in Networks and Systems.
● Fluent in Arabic; French and English
