A. Beverage Preparation & Quality

Prepare all espresso-based beverages, teas, smoothies, and signature drinks according to brand standards.

Operate and maintain professional espresso machines (e.g., Slayer, Mazzer, Ditting, etc.).

Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation for every order.

Manage milk frothing, latte art, and coffee extraction with precision.

Monitor product freshness and manage daily coffee bean rotation.

B. Customer Experience

Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and ensure a memorable service experience.

Offer recommendations and upsell products (e.g., pastries, grab & go items, retail beans).

Handle customer feedback professionally and positively.

Maintain a welcoming, friendly atmosphere at the bar.

C. Hygiene & Maintenance

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the day.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.

Clean machines, grinders, utensils, and surfaces regularly.

Assist in daily opening and closing checklists.

D. Operations & Teamwork

Support kitchen and juicing teams during peak hours.

Monitor inventory and notify the manager of low stock levels.

Participate in staff training, product tastings, and brand briefings.

Uphold the company’s standards of punctuality, professionalism, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista in specialty coffee or premium cafés.

Deep passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of grinders, espresso calibration, and latte art techniques.

Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
