1. Job Purpose
The Sauce Production Officer supports daily sauce manufacturing operations by preparing ingredients, operating processing equipment, monitoring cooking parameters, and ensuring products meet quality and food-safety standards. The role focuses on correct execution of production tasks, adherence to SOPs, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

3. Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
• Understanding of food processing equipment (mixers, kettles, pasteurizers, filling lines).
• Ability to read recipes, batch sheets, and SOPs.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene practices.

Behavioural Competencies
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Teamwork and communication.
• Punctuality and discipline in following processes.
• Problem identification and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during high production periods.

4. Qualifications
• Diploma or technical certificate in Food Technology, Industrial Production, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in a food production environment (sauces, beverages, Mayonnaise, Ketchup dairy, or similar).
• Basic computer skills for recording data.

5. Working Conditions
• Factory environment with exposure to heat, humidity, and food ingredients.
• Requires standing for long periods and operating machinery.
• Shift work may be required depending on production schedule
