???? In-office: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
▫️ Can leave earlier if all tasks are done.
???? Remote tasks: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
▫️ Replying to customers on WhatsApp / Instagram
▫️ Posting on social media when needed
???? Content support:
Occasionally 2–3 hours/week helping on set (we’ll agree on a specific day if needed).

1st month (trial): $200
After trial: $250 / month

- Must have a laptop
- Work phone will be provided
???? Main Tasks:
- Packing & preparing orders
- Inventory & basic logistics
- Online customer replies (WhatsApp / Instagram)
- Social media support (posting, basic content assistance)
- General assistance / personal assistant tasks.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Customer service experience or ability to communicate professionally with clients
- Ability to respond to messages promptly throughout working hours
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
- Ability to assist in simple content creation tasks when needed
- Basic computer literacy (emails, spreadsheets, documents)
- Attention to detail, especially in order preparation and stock handling
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
