Product Specialist (Oncology Line)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our dynamic team and focus on our Oncology product line. The Product Specialist will play a critical role in the promotion, sales, and education of healthcare providers about our Oncology products. This position requires a deep understanding of the products and the ability to communicate their value effectively to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Medispharm's Oncology product line, including features, benefits, usage, and competitive differentiation.

- Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell products to healthcare providers, including hospitals, and medical professionals. This involves understanding the specific needs and requirements of customers and presenting the products as solutions to their challenges.

- Education and Training: Provide training and education to healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and pharmacists, on the proper use and administration of the products. Ensure that healthcare providers are well-informed and comfortable with product usage.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback. Use this information to provide insights to the marketing and sales teams to enhance product offerings and strategies.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

- Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients and at industry events or conferences. Clearly communicate the value of Medispharm's Oncology product line.

- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations, guidelines, and compliance standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Pharmacy, Biology, Bio Chemistry,… ).
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical products sales:
a) Oncology is a MUST
b) Infectious disease is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards is a plus
