Area Sales Manager

ob Purpose:

- Generate leads, introduces the company and sells construction products to contractors and developers to reach the annual and monthly target.

Job Duties:

- Search for new leads, use our database to introduce yourself to prospects - Search for construction sites and construction companies - Makes telephone calls (cold calling) and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.- Use the leads to get drawings in order to quote the projects - Use a consultative sales approach to guide the client towards the correct products. Identifies advantages and compares products.- Assists the sales engineers in developing clear and effective written proposals and quotations for your prospective customers.- Negotiate and close the sales- Participates in trade shows and conventions.

Salary: Basic Salary + commission + car + telephone

Experience: 2 to 7 years.

Outdoor experience is a must.



Skills
- Proficient in English- Market and construction Knowledge are a big plus
