We are a fast-growing company operating in Lebanon and Iraq, representing leading international brands in medical, dental, and aesthetic equipment and products.
We’re looking for a highly organized Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to join our Beirut office. The role focuses on administrative support while also assisting with basic marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Provide hospitality and ensure a welcoming office environment.
- Prepare and format client offers and quotations.
- Support recruitment by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate files.
- Communicate with suppliers.
Assist with social media content and simple visuals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration or coordination.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Excellent organization and communication skills.


Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:00am–5:00pm) + flexible remote support on Saturdays
